1.1. Chiabloom™ provides wellness and digestion-support supplements in jelly stick format.

It also includes Seafood Collagen, which may not be suitable for individuals with seafood/shellfish allergies.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment
5.1. Prices on trychiabloom.com are in USD unless otherwise stated.
5.2. Prices may change at any time without notice.
5.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (including for suspected fraud).
6. Subscription Terms
6.1. By starting a subscription, you authorise Chiabloom™ to automatically charge your payment method at the selected frequency.
6.2. You may cancel your subscription anytime through your customer portal or by contacting support@trychiabloom.com.
6.3. If cancellation occurs after the cut-off for an upcoming shipment, that order may still be processed and shipped.
6.4. Subscription renewals already shipped cannot be refunded except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Shipping & Delivery
7.1. We currently ship to Australia, USA, Canada, and New Zealand.
7.2. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–5 business days.
7.3. Delivery times vary by location and courier factors outside our control.
7.4. Risk passes to you once the package is delivered to your provided address.
8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
8.1. Due to the consumable nature of our product, opened items cannot be returned, except where required by law.
8.2. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
8.3. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order if it is:

8.4. You must provide photos and your order number for assessment.
8.5. Refunds or replacements are provided at our discretion in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
