At ChiaBloom™, we believe in full transparency when it comes to subscriptions. Our goal is to make your wellness journey as simple, flexible, and stress-free as possible — while ensuring you always have your daily digestion jelly ready to go.

Clear Subscription Disclosure

When purchasing through our website, subscription options are clearly displayed and must be manually selected by checking the subscription box.

By checking this box, you agree to receive a new order of ChiaBloom™ Digestion Jelly every 30 days at the discounted subscription rate.

This subscription disclosure is shown in multiple places:

  • On the product page

  • Inside the cart drawer

  • At checkout

Billing & Renewal Schedule

Your card will be automatically charged every 30 days. Each shipment will be processed and sent out on or around the same day each month as your initial order date.
Example: If your first order was placed on October 10th, your next orders will be processed around November 10th, December 10th, and so on.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription anytime.

How to Cancel:

  • Self-Service Option: Log in to your ChiaBloom™ account using the email address used at checkout to manage or cancel your subscription directly.

  • Email Support: You can also contact us at trychiabloom@gmail.com and our team will assist you with cancellation.

Please note: To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be made at least 1 business day prior to your next billing date.

If your order has already been processed or shipped before cancellation, it cannot be refunded — but you’ll still have had a full 30 days prior to renewal to cancel.
